The real estate market in Turkey has left the economic crisis behind, daily Turkiye reports. After a sharp decline in the sale of homes in Turkey in 2008, real estate sales have increased since January 2009. The Housing Administration of Turkey (TOKI) sold 1,894 flats in January, 2,315 in February, 3,035 in March, 4,053 in April and 4,921 in May and June.
